Our aim is to produce simple, unfussy food using seasonal and where possible, local ingredients. Our modern Scottish pub menu is a mix of Scottish specialities, British classics and flavours inspired by our travels.

The starting point for all our menus is the sourcing of excellent quality local suppliers and using the seasonal produce on offer.  It is a treat and a privilege to enjoy food when it is in season, comfortable in the knowledge that it is neither artificially grown nor flown half-way around the world, we can look forward to the wonderful variety of flavours the season has in store for us. From here we aim to re-connect you with the produce and typical classic dishes from our area. Produce from the North East holds some fantastic flavours, and we aim to capture them for you to enjoy.
